▪ Payment and Booking
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with us with the balance of payment to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings within 8 weeks of arrival date are payable in full.
A £100 security bond is also due at that time which will be refunded in full if property is left as it is found.
If you need to cancel a reservation for any reason we must be notified by telephone immediately and cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 5 days. We strongly advise you take out insurance cover to prevent the following costs. Cancellation costs will be incurred as follows If more than 8 weeks before the booking commences your deposit will be forfeited. If it is less than 8 weeks before the booking you will be liable to pay the full cost of rental (deposit and full balance).
▪ Adverse Travel Conditions
Where there are ferry disruptions due to bad weather conditions or any form of industrial action, we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival at the cottage and no refund will be given.
▪ Protect your Holiday
We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance to minimise the cost of cancelled bookings. You may have to forfeit the full cost of the holiday.
4 People maximum as stated.
▪ Arrivals and Departures
The cottage will be available from 4pm on your arrival and must be vacated by 11am.
You will be met at the cottage and shown around.
No pets allowed on the premises.
▪ Smoking Policy
No smoking allowed.
▪ Linen and Towels provided
The property should be left clean and tidy and any damage must be reported. If the property is left in an inappropriate or dirty manner an additional cleaning charge may be made.
▪ Personal Property and Vehicles
The proprietors will not be responsible for any loss or damage or injury to persons not caused through fault of the proprietor.
▪ Restriction on Rental
We reserve the right to remove person or persons from the property due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to the property or exceeding the stated occupancy. In this case refund will be at the discretion of the owner.
